Live with Lukas Rossi on StageIt.com Jan. 22, 2022.
Neil Young, Jim Cuddy. Geddy Lee. Avril Lavigne, Lukas Rossi, those who follow the Canadian music scene know these aforementioned names well, as they are just some of the most recognizable names that cut their teeth here in Ontario, and have gone on to become some of the best voices in music and recording history.

Tonight, it was my distinct honor to sit in on the 7th sold-out back to back virtual concert with no other than internationally acclaimed, multi-award winning, Gold and Platinum-selling frontman, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, mixer/master, vocal coach, producer, and former star of CBS Television reality series turned frontman of Rock Star Supernova, Toronto born, Lukas Rossi. Rockin loud and proud from his Nashville studio, Lukas acoustically hypnotized the all-aged sold-out StageIt room mashing together an in-depth catalog of his originals with the creme de la creme selection of covers that truly engaged our senses, and encompassed his versatility leaving me goosebumped & full of tears as I truly miss his essence live on stage in person.
Never idle, 1 hit after another with a smile a mile wide, his mesmerizing acoustic flavors were nonstop, showcasing his most expressive, up close, and personal set yet, truly a pleasure-filled evening of stellar proportions. His rare stratospheric vocal talent ranged 7 plus octaves with the flexibility to swing from deep guttural baritone to soprano riffs…. mind-blowing, totally priceless.
Lukas Rossi’s music spiritually fuels inspiration. There were many spectacular & uplifting moments during his 12-song triumphant magic where he poured his heart and soul into each finely-calibrated strum, sharing an ecstatic display of tremendous genuine emotion.
I was intrigued to hear acoustic renditions of his NEW songs Autonomic and I Fall Apart off the recently released Autonomic Album (that features Matty Shreds), these 12 songs on the new masterpiece album are profoundly moving (released on December 21st, 2021, on Lukas’s Birthday), making this his 17th solo album.
His selections tonight during his 7th sold-out back to back online concert were richly embroidered with textured complexity & tranquility that allowed his mind-melting memorable melodies to seep deep into your brain, leaving you inspired & in the rock n roll frame of mind, which was a much-needed lift and change of pace during these unprecedented worldwide pandemic times.
He shared that his next StageIt.com performance will include a fellow artist, Sunny Days, whom he co-wrote with her on the song Paper Heart off the Autonomic Album.
Thanks for heating up my frigid Winter night here in Canada with your introspective delights. Indulging in your musical essence once again was truly captivating and was so nice to see you hard at work on your infinite measures which are both a creative workbook and an authoritative musical reference. This show was profoundly moving and a pertinent moment in time that I will cherish. Well into a decade & a half of the 21st century your talent continues to play a crucial role in defining the alternative rock sound of music today.
Thanks for always being an inspiration, best wishes on your future endeavors my friend.

Throughout the years of touring, meeting fans, collaborating, and self-reflection, the urge to do more with his music is higher than ever. “Autonomic” is a record influenced by an “Invisible Illness” called Dysautonomia. This is a condition that compromises a person’s nervous system, impacting almost all areas of their body — all the while looking like healthy people. Lukas recently joined Seventy7 Records. The owner, Amanda Nail’s daughter, Lexi Nail (Seen on Autonomic’s album cover) was diagnosed with Dysautonomia as a teenager. Featured artist ‘Matty Shreds’ also suffers from this condition. After learning how crippling this illness is, Lukas took immediate action to help join those raising awareness. In addition, a portion of the album sales will go to Dysautonomia International, a charity that funds research on Dysautonomia and provides resources for people living with the condition.
The record features many great artists: Dave Buckner (Papa Roach), Marcos Curiel (P.O.D.), Matty Shreds, Sunnie Days, (Solo Artists), and Stereo Satellite! This is just the start of many big things to come!
In 2022, huge collaborations are in the works. Lukas Co-Wrote & is being featured on “Three Days Grace” upcoming record “Explosions”. “Autonomic is special. I’ve stayed active throughout the lockdowns and wrote from places inside of me that I haven’t visited in a very long time. This record includes the most personal songs I’ve ever written, some that I’ve been hanging onto for the right moment. That time is now.” – Lukas Rossi .
