APPLICATIONS FOR MUSICOUNTS BAND AID PROGRAM ARE NOW OPEN.
It’s time to apply for the 2021 MusiCounts Band Aid Program! We invite schools to submit applications for up to $15,000 for musical instruments, equipment, and resources to help deliver much-needed music programming for students. MusiCounts Band Aid Program grants are best suited to schools that are in the most urgent need of new musical equipment, serve high needs, and/or underrepresented student communities and those that have strong plans in place to utilize the requested materials, Teachers, Administrators, and/or school support staff in any school in Canada are welcome to apply to support an existing music program, or a music program, that needs our help to go from dream to reality!

Nominations for the MusiCounts Teacher of the Year Award are open
Any Canadian music teacher who has received a grant through the MusiCounts Band Aid Program on behalf of any school music program is eligible to be nominated for the MusiCounts Teacher of the Year Award, presented by the Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation. The award winner receives a $10,000 cash prize, a substantial contribution to their school’s music program, and a JUNO Award statuette.
