Spoons first burst on the music scene back in June of 1979, inside the cafeteria of Aldershot High School in Burlington, with their first performance and soon thereafter, in 1980, they became a household name, thanks to the release of their inaugural EP After The Institution/My Job.
Quickly following up with their 1981’s full-length album Stick Figure Neighbourhood, the rest is history.
