X-Files Room – $33/hr – 26′ x 23′

Production Rooms – $10/hr Plus $5 Per Guest

Perfect vibe for making beats, recording vocals and filming podcasts. The room includes 2 speakers, vocal mic, professional effects mixer with usb, headphones, desk & chair. Minimum 2-hour booking. Just bring your own laptop & go! **If you’re looking for an Engineer / Producer, please let us know in advance.**

Green Screen – Hourly room rate + $25 Set Up Fee

**Perfect for photo shoots and music videos! Includes Green Screen, 2 Photography Lights, Sound System, Mixer & Mic. Minimum 2-hour booking.**

Solo Musicians – $10/hr

**Rooms subject to availability.** Perfect for drummers, singers, keyboard players, etc. to practice their skills on their own. There is an aux cable available if you want to play back music while you practice! We also offer instruments for rent if needed: Yamaha S80 keyboard, electric / acoustic guitars & bass guitar. Drumsticks are $10 for purchase. Minimum 2-hour booking.

Showcase Room – $33/hr – 31′ x 24′ Includes Full Drum Kit, 3 Guitar Amps, 1 Bass Amp, 1 Floor Monitor, PA System, Mixer, 3 Mics & 2 Music Stands. Up to 10 people max. Minimum 2-hour booking. For groups larger than 10, please contact us for pricing.

Are you looking for something different & memorable to do? Jam Chamber Rehearsal Studio offers a unique, 750 sqaure foot event space that is spacious with room perfect for birthdays, cd release parties, showers/stags, wedding parties, church groups, open jams, videos, karaoke parties, workshops, live streams, intimate gigs, recitals, and more! We also provide chairs and tables, party lights, music equipment and/or sound system if needed. We cater to all ages and will try to accommodate any requests. We also offer smaller spaces perfect for meetings, auditions, workshops, ceremonies, etc.. If you would like to cater your event, we have a large kitchen equipped with a fridge and microwave, and use of the kitchen is included if bringing your own food, and drinks.

They are located just a few minutes N. of Hwy 401 & Keele Street, close to York University, the Finch West & Sheppard Station, plus, a 15-minute drive to from Pearson Airport, and you can’t beat that the TTC bus #107 stops right on Le Page Crt. Jam Chamber’s studio is located at 40 Le Page Court at the rear of Pandora Glass which is 42 Le Page Court and has a portable ramp making it an awesome wheelchair accessible space with plenty of free parking. If you are coming in from out of town, there are multiple hotels such as Holiday Inn, Best Western, & Montecassino just minutes away to welcome your stay. As well, Walmart at Keel and LePage with a variety of fast-food restaurants nearby for your needs.
